Is government job a impressive one?

Personally i say "no". from my experience ( not a long  one), government gazetted officer cadre is some what a poet with pen in hand sitting to write a poem. pen- designation, poem- plans and activities. pen is with him but ink is with his superior officer.. it will get on request. but after filling the ink he can notice no paper to write. its with local body... another request needed for that... all it will get on request.. at last for writing the poem, subject will be come on a breeze and words will come from the heaven... we can only follow them... but then also the question stands behind " Who am I".
